I need to update my email address
In order to update your email address associated with your Mighty Networks account, take the following steps:
- Access the Help Center: Go to the Mighty Networks website and find the Help Center. You can also send an email to
chat@mightynetworks.com. - Contact support: Explain your situation clearly and state that you no longer have access to the email address currently linked to your account.
- Provide proof of identity: Support will ask for information to confirm your ownership of the account. To prepare for this, have the following information ready:
- The old, inaccessible email address.
- Your new, working email address.
- Any other account details you can remember, such as your full name, username, previous billing information, or the date you created the account.
- Wait for the update: Once your identity is confirmed, the support team will update your account with your new email address. You will then receive an email to your new address confirming the change
